2. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any of our Products, including but not limited to:

Online courses and mini-programs

Digital downloads and guides

Wellness education bundles

Recorded masterclasses or webinars

Event tickets (digital or live)

Once you have gained access to a Product or received digital materials, the sale is considered complete.

Most access issues are easily resolved and do not require a refund.

6. Payment Disputes

If a payment is reversed or disputed through your bank or payment provider without prior contact, we reserve the right to suspend your access to all Products and materials until the matter is resolved.

7. Event or Workshop Cancellations

In the rare event that we cancel a live workshop, class, or in-person session, you will receive the choice of a full refund or credit toward another Body Mend Therapies event or course.

8. Subscription or Payment Plans

If you enrol in a course or program under a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined during checkout.

Failure to make payments may result in access suspension until payment is received.

Payment plans are not cancellable once the digital content has been accessed.
